We are pleased to launch our small group social media training course for small businesses. Our first session will focus on Facebook and Instagram. The in-person one-day course is fast-paced and interactive, so you are working on developing your business social media throughout the day; to enable you to implement the training straight away. It’s in person within a small group so you can get the most from the training.
Who is this social media training for?
- Small business owners (or their team members managing their social) who want to improve their current performance to attract more clients.
- Those with good knowledge of personal use of Facebook and Instagram, but need to understand how to use these effectively for business.
- Anyone looking to be more creative with their content and struggling with what to write.
The training will cover:
- Auditing your current Facebook and Instagram performance, what’s working and what’s not and what to measure.
- Defining your objectives and values
- Clarifying your audience and your product or service offer
- Improved ways of working for content creation
- SEO and Hashtag strategy to get your business seen
- Tips for images, graphics and videos as well as your mix of formats
- Identifying the features you need to use more
- Time-saving and handy tools
- Best times to post
We will be in touch with delegates to understand their issues and what they need to learn to ensure we include as much as possible to make the course relevant and practical for your business.
Your trainer:
Emma started Hype Marketing 10 years ago supporting businesses with their marketing, and specifically social media. She continues to represent some of her original clients and their social media platforms continue to grow organically and generate increased sales. Emma dedicates time weekly to learning and keeping up with the changes in social media to be able to share those insights with her clients.

Whilst we usually offer bespoke training on an individual basis; we are offering this unique opportunity to bring a small group of local businesses together to benefit from training in person and in a small team.
Support material will also be provided and optional nurture packages for ongoing support are available, which are great for accountability and additional progress.

COST: £150 + VAT pp.
Option to add Nurture Package to training for ongoing support after training: One month support: 2 x half-hour sessions over the month – additional £75 + VAT. Three months support: 3 x 1-hour sessions over the three months £150 + VAT.
