So how does that really work…
The team at Additional Lengths’ Leeds based salon and shop were not engaged in the social media. The brief was to promote the stock to local stylists and promote the hair services to fill the salon chairs. The team session identified the processes needed to create content, automate content, essential apps and tools, hashtags strategy and tips and tricks to help get the accounts moving. We also shared ideas on imagery and video use, as well as how they can repost suitable content from the main brand accounts.
Whilst there, we identified other marketing opportunities outside of social media that they could try to encourage. These included making the most of the student market with a promotion and local business that could also support the salon supplies.
Further advice and goals were set in the follow-up support for the senior management at head office to track progress.
